However, I would be available to attend by video conference if that option is permitted. I can attend in person on January 5, 6, or 18, 2027. I would also like to bring to your attention a new development since my last correspondence. I have received a new invoice from LUMA that retroactively revises my bills dating back to 2024, using estimated consumption from a month when I was in Puerto Rico and had relatively high electricity usage. I will enclosed copy of that bill. My initial complaint was billing starting May 2026, not anything before that. I do not understand the reason for this adjustment, and I am concerned that the timing and circumstances could be perceived as intimidation or retribution for pursuing my complaints against LUMA. I have filed a new objection regarding this matter under reference number OBW202610238614475146551. I am unsure whether this issue can be addressed as part of my existing case, but it appears to stem from the same underlying billing and meter concerns. Thank you for your time and consideration.
