Despite multiple previous complaints and communications this dangerous issue has been continually ignored.Several complaints on line to include today, complaint #5123318933, AZ1O40700136, multiples following on this complaints on phone calls, Luma. corn complaints with photos of the rotted pole with the new pole next to it including today 7-17-2026. Danger ... electric cables presently on old rotted pole causing a hazard to human life if detached and fall electrifying the ground causing damage to property or even death. On July 24, 2025 electrical lines from a toppled utility pole kill four horses in Utuado, PR eleÇtrifing the ground. This address is an active driveway and

This situation poses an unacceptable risk o-F property damage, severe injury or death.Please consider this letter a formal notification that your company is now fully aware of this documented hazard. I demand a repair crew be dispatch to secure and fix this hazard inmediately.I request an acknowledgement of this letter and confirmation of the scheduled repair date within 7 days of receipt of this notification.
