AL HONORABLE NEGOCIADO DE ENERGÍA: COMPARECE el Querellante, Mike Olivas, a través de su representante autorizada, Alondra Gutiérrez, y muy respetuosamente expone y alega: 1. El pasado 28 de mayo de 2026, este Honorable Negociado notificó la aceptación de la querella de epígrafe, expidiendo la correspondiente Citación oficial y ordenando la notificación de ambos documentos a la parte querellada (LUMA Energy). 2. En estricto cumplimiento con lo ordenado por este foro regulador, informamos que en el día de hoy, 16 de junio de 2026, se procedió a enviar por Correo Certificado con Acuse de Recibo (Certified Mall with Return Receipt Requested) la copia ponchada de la Querella y la Citación expedida por la Secretaría. 3. Dicho envío fue dirigido al General Counsel de LUMA Energy, LLC a la dirección ordenada: PO Box 364267, San Juan, PR 00936-4267. 4. El envío postal quedó registrado bajo el número de servicio certificado de USPS: 9589 0710 5270 2601 9206 23. 5. Se anejos a esta moción copia fiel y exacta del recibo del servicio postal (PS Form 3800) debidamente sellado y el recibo de compra correspondiente, como evidencia incuestionable del cumplimiento de la notificación dentro del término provisto.
