GOVERNMENT OF PUERTO RICO REGULATORY BOARD OF PUBLIC SERVICE PUERTO RICO ENERGY BUREAU MICHAEL EDWARD KASEY PETITIONER CASE No.: NEPR-QR-2026-0133 SUBJECT: Designation of Hearing Examiner vs. LUMA ENERGY SERVCO, LLC LUMA ENERGY, LLC RESPONDENT DESIGNATION On July 3, 2018, the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau ("Bureau") issued a Resolution authorizing Counsel Miguel Oppenheimer to serve as Hearing Examiner in the Formal Bill Review Proceedings pursuant the provisions of Regulation 88631 and in the Claims proceedings pursuant the provisions of Regulation 85432. Counsel Miguel Oppenheimer has been appointed by the Bureau as an Examiner to conduct the proceedings of the above case. Attorney shall have the authority to (1) administer oaths and take depositions; (2) issuing subpoenas; (3) receive and evaluate evidence; (4) preside the hearings; and (5) hold conferences to streamline procedures.
